1. PRE-INTERVIEW
 
For the pre-interview, how people should prepare for interviews. They should know three things: 
 
1. Themselves (their strengths, weaknesses, and the value they can bring)
2. The employer and role (they do this by reading every page on the website)
3. The industry (current trends, any big news that have rippling effects)
 
2. DURING THE INTERVIEW
 
See the video to hear tips on how to conduct yourself during the interview. How to respond to questions, and what kind of questions to prepare, and what kind of non-verbal cues to display. 
 
3. POST-INTERVIEW 
 
The thank you. There is a difference between an e-mail thank you and a written letter thank you.
